The Friendly Society Private Hospital is located in the Central Queensland city of Bundaberg. We are a leading 120 bed acute care private medical facility boasting state of the art technology, facilities and services that were further boosted in 2011 with the opening of a multi million dollar development. This saw the hospital’s physical size increase by 70% and the addition of services and specialties, including:
· A new 27 bed Medical Unit
· A new 9 bed Intensive Care and Coronary Care Unit
· A new 6 bed Day Oncology Unit
· A new Cardiac Investigations Unit
· New Medical Consulting Suites and Specialist Centres
Our existing state of the art theatre unit and three medical and surgical units have also undergone refurbishment and facility upgrades in recent times. Each patient's experience, health and comfort is our primary concern.
